We’ve extended our recent Documents and Photos Upgrade to now allow photos and documents to be attached to:

  • inventory
  • assets
  • users

By improving the use of images in AroFlo we’ve made it even easier and faster to find the information you need, and enhance your professional image.

A picture paints a thousand words

Imagine being able to send your customer an email notification that includes a photo and short bio of the field technician assigned to their job so they know who is going to show up at their door.

Or sending your client a job sheet or invoice with images of all materials used, a photo of the field tech who completed the job and before and after shots of the work so they know exactly what was done, and by whom.

Read on to find out how all of this is now possible with AroFlo.

Inventory documents & photos

Need to quickly search for materials while out in the field? You can now save time searching through all your inventory items by attaching documents and photos to each item. That way you can visually scan your list to quickly find the exact item you need.

Multi document option

AroFlo also offers the added flexibility of allowing you to attach multiple documents to the one inventory item, including photos, product data sheets, technical specifications and installation guides. Fields users can easily view every file or photo, or even upload their own pictures for future reference.

Add inventory documents to layouts

You can also add documents and photos to your AroFlo quote, job sheet and invoice layouts, giving you a convenient option for showing customers precise images of the actual products or services you have used.

Asset documents & photos

AroFlo now lets you manage your assets in greater detail by attaching images, product photos, manuals, guides or data sheets to each asset you have recorded in your system.

So if your techs have been sent out to service an air conditioner at a location that has multiple units on site, AroFlo can quickly show them the exact asset they should be looking for.

Field view

Even out in the field, users will have access to a full visual library of all assets, as well as being able to access any guides or manuals to assist them while out on site.

User documents & photos

All AroFlo users can now have documents added to their profile – this can include photos, biographies or qualifications.

This is particularly useful if you want to include staff profiles to layouts such as invoices or quotes, or automated emails and notifications for customers. That way your customer can clearly see who will be turning up to their job, as well as being reassured of their qualifications and experience.

User photos with Calendar

You can also add staff profile pictures to your AroFlo Calendar, making things so much easier when you’re trying to schedule multiple members of your team at the same time.
