In 2018, MYOB announced an important update, that from the 30th of September 2019, they will no longer be supporting AccountRight Classic (sometimes referred to as v19). Whilst you can continue to use AccountRight Classic, MYOB will no longer provide new features, patches, compliance updates or product support for V19.
A gentle reminder: if your business is still using AccountRight Classic, this update will affect you. All other versions of MYOB will be unaffected.
What happens to my AroFlo integration?
These changes will affect AroFlo’s ability to integrate with AccountRight Classic. From the 30th of September 2019, the API that AroFlo uses to ‘talk’ to AccountRight Classic will no longer be supported.
How do I prepare?
We recommend you follow MYOB’s advice and upgrade to AccountRight 2018, or source alternative compatible accounting software. Please see our Comparison of Accounting Integrations Help page for a full list of our supported accounting integrations.
We will assist with your transition to a new accounting system. And if you choose to upgrade to one of our supported cloud-based accounting packages, we will waive the fee for setting up your new integration link.
