Urgent Action Required: Transfer to Permission Groups

The process to phase out AroFlo’s legacy user access settings is underway and we’re approaching the September 13, 2021 deadline.

Our records show that some users are still using legacy access types and will need to be transferred to Permission Groups as a matter of priority.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Those businesses who have not transferred users across to Permission Groups by this date, will be migrated to our Pre-built Permission Groups as follows:

Projects: Changes to Progress Invoicing

We’ve made some improvements to progress claiming for projects, and you’ll be pleased to know, you can now link quoted items to a progress claim.

This update also allows for more flexibility with invoice line items as you’ll have the option to:

  • Adjust the quantities, percentages, or amounts for linked items
  • Add items from linked quotes or tasks
  • Use the values of the linked items as a basis for the overall invoice line item (% of Contract only)
  • Create your own groupings of task/quote items.

Task Assets: Generate Quotes from Asset Checklist

We’re excited to bring you the ability to generate quotes for assets from a task asset checklist – a convenient way to create a quote for assets that have been marked as failed during inspection.

While using AroFlo Office or Field you can simply generate a quote using the Generate Quote(s) function, to create a quote for assets that have failed.

In addition, we’ve added the ability to link inventory items to assets. When you generate a quote using the task assets interface, you’ll find that any inventory items linked to the asset you’re quoting on will auto-populate as line items on that quote.
