Updates for Field and Office users
Field Users can now create Clients
We’ve added the ability for any user to create clients from the Field Interface (myIMS). This can be turned on for all users in a Business Unit via the new setting in Service > Options > Basic Settings called “Allow Creating Clients on myIMS”.
Alternately this option can be turned on for individual users by selecting the same setting in the User settings accessed from SiteAdmin.
Select All to delete items on invoices
We’ve added a new checkbox to select all items when using the multi-delete on invoices.
Good news for REXEL customers!
Rexel has been working with us on an update to their invoice layout so that we can start importing their invoices again. It’s has been tested by our Developers and we will need to make some minor changes to the setup in your IMS sites to support the new layout.
Rexel have been very open to working with us and helping to improve our clients’ relationship with them. We’re just waiting to hear back from Rexel to know when the new format has gone live in their system and we will post another bulletin in ServiceNOW when we hear from them.
Search Clients by Contact
A small but handy update to clients search now allows you to search for clients based on a Client Contacts name.
