Handling documents and photos in AroFlo is now a breeze with our latest enhancement release. These new improvements make it even easier for you to upload, search, view and email your documents or photos – whether you’re in the field or office.
Easier to find
Documents and photos are now located in one handy spot. Just look for the Documents & Photos tab on your task.
Images at a glance
You’ll now get a thumbnail preview of all your images at the top of the new Documents & Photos tab. Click on a thumbnail in the image preview bar to scroll left or right through all pictures in your image carousel.
Adding images to layouts
We’ve had lots of requests to add images to layouts. You ask. We deliver.
New image tables have been added to all layouts making it now possible to embed images into your PDFs.
Search. Filter. Sort.
Our new look documents list lets you quickly search, filter and sort your images and documents. We’ve added a new search box and you can now filter and sort your list, as well as editing document attributes directly from within the tab.
We’ve merged our Upload New Document, Document Directory and Task Documents buttons into one convenient Add Documents & Photos button. From the drop down menu you can choose to upload new documents/photos from the Document Directory or other Tasks Documents.
You can upload new documents and photos in three ways:
- Upload: choose one or more files from your system
- Drop Files Here: drag and drop one or more files from your system
- Take Photos: take photos or video footage directly from a webcam.
Photos in the field
In the field and need to upload multiple photos? No problem.
Even if you’re working on-site you can use your mobile device (Apple or Android) to upload multiple documents or photos at once, and easily resize your images. You can even use your phone to take photos on the spot and upload them directly into AroFlo.
