New Events Messages
Events for add and delete schedules will now trigger from myIMS as well as webIMS. If a field user adds a new schedule or deletes an existing schedule the event will trigger and send whatever email or sms notification is setup in your SiteAdmin or Client Worksheet.

Multiple Emails for Emails
All email address fields can now hold more than one email address if they are separated by comma(,) or semi-colon(;). For example, this allows you to create an Accounts Contact for a client and list all of the different email addresses on that one contact and then email invoices to that contact.
This also applies to the –User Defined– field in the Print/Email Layouts & Defaults section in SiteAdmin and in the Client Worksheet.

Filter by Certification
When filtering resources to assign tasks to, IMS will now only show those Resources and Sub-Contractors with valid (not expired) Certificates.

Longer weeks for Event Reminders
You can now set a schedule reminder up to 3,4,5,6 weeks for tasks in IMS.
Send SMS from more places on a Task
We’ve added more links to SMS clients from a Task in webIMS.

More fields on Layouts
We’ve added the following fields to Invoice Layouts, under Task Details:
- [Sales Email]
- [Sales Email2]
- [Sales Mobile]
- [Sales Phone]
We’ve also added [Task Description] to Purchase Order Layouts under Task Details.
- Extra Periodic Options (who can generate, change frequency in field, due date based on completion)
- Periodics (Seasonal + Varient Services)
- Supplier Quotes
