New Financial Year Updates

New Financial Year, New Updates!

Part Invoices from myIMS

When raising part invoices from the mobile interface you can now import any of the labour, materials or expenses recorded on the task so far.
Site Admin System Wide Settings
We have now introduced an additional labelling within the Service>Options area of your Site Admin labelled “System Wide Settings”. These settings are global across all Business Units and can only be set from your top level Business Unit.

Add additional system Checklist items to an existing Task (webIMS)

Checklists on a Task now have a Multi-Search box to allow adding of existing Checklist items from existing Checklists that have been set up within your Site Admin. This will allow you to copy all settings against a single Checklist item over to your current Task or even Periodic Templates.

Additional reporting fields

New fields for enhanced reporting functionality have been added:
• Periodic Template Reports: LOCATION_STATE and CLIENT_TRADING_TERMS
• Client Reports: CLIENT_TASK_NOTES

Documents on Sales Invoices

Sales Invoices now have the ability to have Documents stored against the Invoice Worksheet. (Document Storage Subscribers only)
Report Categories
You can now create Categories within Report Types as well as drag and drop categories or reports between each other.
