Our friendly team are here to assist you over the holiday period. Our Technical Support will be available throughout normal business hours and the Emergency Line will be available after hours, on the weekends and over the public holidays. Our AroFlo training sessions will recommence on Monday the 6th of January, 2020.
2019: The year that was
As 2019 draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on the year that was. Every year we remain committed to user-led innovation and this year was no exception. It’s been a very busy and rewarding year with the release of a huge range of new features designed to simplify your business processes and boost productivity. These innovations include AroPoint GPS tracking, Reece Supplier Connect, the new look Field interface as well as the Field interface Star/Stop timer, to name a few.
Being announced as the winners of the 2019 Maroondah Business Excellence Awards in the Innovation and Technology category was truly an honour; to be recognised for our achievements, vision and innovative response to our customer-driven demands was both humbling and gratifying.
We greatly appreciate the time you – our dedicated clients – took to share your experience with AroFlo and for your valued input and feedback, which helped guide AroFlo’s development and product enhancements throughout the year.
Supporting your business
This year we continued our product feature webinars to give our clients a guided tour of many areas inside AroFlo. We will continue to expand on these interactive experiences throughout 2020.
We developed a brand new Training Centre, which features videos and webinars, interactive tutorials, written instructions and a quiz to test your knowledge, all available on any device.
To support our huge increase in enhancements and training resources, we significantly increased the size of our development and support teams. They’re the heart and soul of AroFlo and are committed to making your business run like clockwork.
The year ahead
In the New Year we’ll see an increase in the size of our team to ensure AroFlo as a whole continues to deliver fast and reliable support for your business.
Key product features will be released to ensure our job management system evolves and meets the needs of our customers to provide a pathway for continued and sustainable growth. We are currently working on some major projects behind the scenes that many of our customers have requested to improve workflow, efficiency and project tracking.
