Frequently Asked Questions

An AroFlo customer success specialist will call you in the next few business hours to arrange a time for the demo session, after you submit the request form on this page.

When it’s time for the session, you’ll need your computer or laptop, an internet connection, and a cuppa or a cold one.

  • We share our screen with you, to show you around AroFlo.
    • We ask you to join an online meeting, on your computer.
    • We send you the link via email.
  • We call you to speak over the phone.
  • We welcome as many or as few people in a demo as required. It’s up to you!
  • Usually we speak with the Business Owner, and the primary office administration manager.
  • There’ll be opportunities later on for other team members to get involved.
  • We can call people at different locations, and connect them into the demo.
This is an interactive meeting. Friendly and conversational. Our consultants got their start in our Customer Support team. They’re not your typical pushy sales consultants.

To ensure the demo is relevant to your needs, we ask you some questions about your business, and your workflow.

Then we’re ready to show you around AroFlo:

  • Processing a new job request from a client,
  • Quoting a job,
  • Scheduling work for your team,
  • Filling out job checklists,
  • Invoicing your client,
  • Taking payments online, and
  • Sending your invoice data to your Accounting software – like Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, or Reckon.
Generally it takes about an hour. We are happy to make this presentation longer or break it up into smaller meetings, as required.
We are happy to arrange multiple demonstrations as required.

AroFlo is a very comprehensive job management system. As it is highly customisable, we want to give you at least a brief overview of our system before you get started on your own.

Following the demo, you decide what to do next. The most common choices are:

  • Sign up for AroFlo and book in your first training session,
  • Schedule a follow-up call,
  • Continue researching:
