Every now and then you’ll be out on a job, but you can’t get a mobile signal. Unlike other products, AroFlo is a true cloud-based job management software solution offering genuine field mobility – anytime, anywhere. You’ll never have to write down job details on a piece of paper again, only to have to enter them again at a later date.
All labour details can be entered offline, including the technician completing the works, start and finish times, total hours, the date and any notes recording against that labour task.
Any materials used against a job can be recorded as an AdHoc item in AroFlo. In offline mode you can enter the Part No, Item name, quantity, cost and the date to ensure crucial information is not missed.
There are often expenses on jobs that need to be recorded, that’s why with AroFlo’s offline mode you can enter the Expense name, cost, sell and the date it occurred directly into AroFlo, no matter where you are.
Signatures from your technicians or even the customer can be captured directly from AroFlo in both online and offline AroFlo. Once the signature has been entered and the name of the person is entered, the signature will be added to the job within AroFlo as soon as you get internet access.
