What’s your role at AroFlo?
I lead the Product Growth team. Our team is made up of Marketing, Documentation & Learning, so my work is quite varied. I help the Marketing team build strategies to grow the brand and introduce AroFlo to new customers. On the Documentation & Learning side we are working on providing the tools and resources to help customers use the platform to solve their business problems.
How does a typical day (or week) in your role look?
Growth is an organisational matter, so most of my days are spent collaborating with, supporting and enabling different teams within AroFlo. We work closely with sales, CS and product teams. I constantly find myself reading reports, analysing data and working on new initiatives relating to customer growth, retention, product adoption and advocacy. Each week there’s a mix of strategy, tactics, execution and analysis.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I love that every day is different, and that there are very specific goals and objectives. It’s great to be able to see the tangible impact of our work. From a team perspective we have such a range of personalities and skill sets, I love being able to collaborate with different people and I feel like I learn something new every day.
What’s been the highlight of your time at AroFlo so far?
The culture is the highlight for me. The AroFlo team are a wonderful group of humans and there’s a shared sense of mission and purpose that really grabs you and pulls you in. It feels like the work we are doing matters and that there’s room to challenge things and improve.
