What’s your role at AroFlo?
I am responsible for managing our Sales Team, utilising a wide range of skills, experience, and qualifications in training, I.T. and hands-on life and work skills.
How does a typical day (or week) in your role look like?
A lot of our time in Sales involves engaging with prospective clients and discussing their individual needs and what benefits AroFlo can deliver to their business. The Sales Team skill sets are utilised in other areas such as participating in Webinars and Projects.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I enjoy working in a small team and working closely with other AroFlo Teams in a collaborative way. Also, discussing the needs of a wide variety of clients, their needs, and, more importantly, listening to the issues they are trying to solve.
What’s been the highlight of your time at AroFlo so far?
After being with my previous employer for an extended period, I have been fortunate to be involved in a growing business with a culture that values an individual’s strengths and allows them time to work on any weaknesses positively.
