What’s your role at AroFlo?
As Project Manager I manage the lifecycle of items in our Product Roadmap, which includes Projects through to minor enhancements.
This role involves being a link between the Production and Development team to ensure the expectations of the Production Team and stakeholders is met.
How does a typical day (or week) in your role look?
Lots of meetings with lots of coffee.
I spend a lot of my time researching new features and discussing the requirements with our customer service and sales teams. I work closely with our Product Owners and development team to get the features released.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I get to spend time speaking with different people, from different departments, with the sole purpose of improving AroFlo for our clients.
What’s been the highlight of your time at AroFlo so far?
Watching our company grow. When I started here there were 20 employees, now we have over 70 staff. Throughout all this change, the culture has remained the same, although Beer O’clock has gotten louder.
