Melbourne, VIC, 16th May, 2014 –  Cloud computing technology company  i-man Pty Ltd has added some new features to IMS:

AdHoc Materials on Periodic Tempaltes

You can now add AdHoc materials to Periodic Templates as a way of recording the service charge for the scheduled maintenance. More info: Periodic Tasks – Advanced Options

Client Custom Fields on Reports

We’ve updated the reports area for Quotes, Tasks and Invoices to include Client Custom Fields. These are denoted by a prefix of “CFCL_”. For example:

  • CFCL_INTEGRATION_LINK_SETUP
  • CFCL_SLA_RECIEVED

Identify Documents by Name

Whenever you send a client a quote, task, invoice, etc via email, IMS will now start the filename with your Primary Business Unit Short Name. This is accessed through your SiteAdmin under General -> Settings.  Clients can then quickly find your documents by this short name if they save them off their email and into their own folders

e.g. Previously a quote would have a filename like:
Quote_JN7178_(quote2_6417_206).pdf

Now it will have a filename like:
AVC_Quote_JN7178_(quote2_6417_206).pdf

Where AVC is the Company Short Name.

The Business Unit Short Name is limited to 6 characters.
