September Updates – New Supplier Types

Melbourne, VIC, 2 September, 2014 – Cloud computing technology company i-man Pty Ltd has added some new features to IMS:

Supplier Types

Supplier Types have now been added to allow for filtering your suppliers by specific types which you can set up in your Site Admin. eg. Plumber, Electrician, Fork Lift Driver etc.

Creating Supplier Types will allow you to set these Types against your contractors/suppliers for easier searching in the field.

Client Logins can now upload documents

If you have Document Storage for your subscription and allow your clients to log in to the system, your clients can now upload documents against a Task.

Risk Template Pass, Fail, N/A now customisable

Pass, Fail and N/A fields on Risk Templates are now customisable to allow for different wording on your Risk Templates.

Mapping of Clients with special characters in Xero/Saasu

If you have a Xero or Saasu Integration IMS can now map to clients with special characters. These clients can now be found in the “Oth” section.
