At AroFlo, weāll bill you monthly based on how many users logged into AroFlo/AroFloGo during the billing period (please note for AroFlo, this only applies to variable usage, above the 3-user minimum).
We do this to account for the unpredictable nature of many trade businesses. For example, if your team grows during peak periods and shrinks at other times of the year, donāt stress. Weāll keep your margins tight by only billing you for those who actually used the system.
Contractor users - $12 per month

Passive users - $10 per month
āPassive users donāt have system access, instead someone else can log their hours for them. An example would be an apprentice who you just want to receive SMS job notifications and add labour for them.Ā
There is no difference. We separate Office and Field users solely based on their job role.Ā Other than that, the monthly user charge is exactly the same.
