User types

AroFlo has three types of users:

1. 'Active' users can access and record information in AroFlo Office and Field, but you can limit their access levels.

2. 'Contractors' or ' External Users' are users who don't work for your business, but can access and record limited information in AroFlo.

3. 'Passive' or 'Non-Active' users have no direct access to AroFlo's tools. Passive users are set up for administration purposes and for allowing Active users to assign them to jobs, log their timesheets and send them notifications.
