How much does AroFlo cost?

You can find a full pricing list for AroFlo here. AroFlo is ideally priced for businesses with 3+ employees, and AroFloGo is ideal for sole traders.

We charge per user, and for AroFlo we have a start-up cost for integration, implementation and training.

Is AroFlo owned by Simpro?

AroFlo, Simpro and ClockShark were purchased by K1 Investment Management in 2021. This makes AroFlo part of one of the largest field service software companies in the world.

How do I get started?

First things first, we'll tackle your start-up (doing your data imports, connecting your accounting package, etc.).

We'll then kick off a training program where we will show you how to use AroFlo.

Once you're trained up, it's over to you. But don't worry, we'll continue to support your throughout your journey.

How long does start-up take?

It's up to you. Customers typically either have a "go-live" date that they'd like to hit, or they'd prefer to adopt the the platform gradually over time.

What kind of training will I get?

When you sign up to premium AroFlo, your dedicated trainer will prepare a custom program based on your objectives. There will be a combination of showing you how to do things and helping you learn to do things yourself. As the saying goes "give a man fish you feed him for a day, teach him to fish you feed him for a lifetime".

In addition ,we have a self-serve online e-learning system, the AroFlo Academy. You can access it at any time to complete free online training courses that will take you step by step through the features of either AroFlo or AroFloGo.

Can I pay for template/document creation?

It's best if you learn to use AroFlo within your business, but we do offer some paid work. If you have a challenge or request ask us!

Is AroFlo suited to sole traders?

If you work for yourself, we recommend checking out AroFloGO. It’s designed to be the best job management software option for those needing just the essential tools to help run their business.

This includes features such as field service connectivity, quoting, job management and purchase orders all within an easy to use interface.If you take on more staff in future or feel like you need further functionality, you can always upgrade to the fully-featured version of AroFlo whenever you like.

How do I log in to AroFlo?

If you're having trouble logging in you should talk to your system administrator (the person in your business who looks after AroFlo).

Will AroFlo work with my accounting system?

For sure! AroFlo currently integrates with a number of industry-renowned accounting packages such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks and Reckon.

We can even import select data from your existing accounting package into AroFlo when you make the switch to our job management software. Visit our Accounting Integration page for more information.

Does AroFlo have an app?

Yes, you can download the AroFlo Field App from either the App Store or the Google Play Store! AroFlo's web-based design also makes our software completely backwards compatible between different devices and operating systems, so it will look and operate just the same whether you’re on an iPhone or a Windows PC for example.

Being a cloud-based solution, AroFlo can be opened and used from any location, any time, on any device with a stable internet connection. Does AroFlo have a start-up cost?

The start-up cost for premium AroFlo is $1299 AUD ex. GST

Does AroFlo have an Annual Billing option?

At AroFlo, we provide flexible billing options to suit your business needs:

‍AroFlo Premium Monthly Billing: You are charged based on the number of users who log in during the billing period, with a minimum of 3 users.

‍AroFlo Premium Annual Billing: Choose a set number of users to be billed each month and benefit from cost savings per user compared to monthly billing. You can increase this user count as your workforce grows.

‍AroFloGo: You are billed for the number of users who log in during the billing period with no minimum user requirement.

When you sign up with AroFlo, you can opt for annual billing, and we even offer discounts to users for doing so! For more information, visit our dedicated Pricing page.

Can I put my account on hold?

Yes, you can. Talk to our support team.

Will AroFlo work offline (with no internet)?

Not really.

Due to its cloud-based systems, AroFlo requires a steady online connection to be used at its full capacity.

This doesn’t mean, however, that it can’t be used effectively without a connection. AroFlo’s Field feature offers offline functionality that allows you to create tasks, record labour and materials, and update expense information while not connected to the internet.

As with all cloud-enabled systems though, it’s important to connect your applicable devices to a solid internet connection wherever possible. This ensures that they can sync with any changes to your overall AroFlo system, letting you enjoy all the great tools our job management software offers.
