At AroFlo, we provide flexible billing options to suit your business needs:
AroFlo Premium Monthly Billing: You are charged based on the number of users who log in during the billing period, with a minimum of 3 users.
AroFlo Premium Annual Billing: Choose a set number of users to be billed each month and benefit from cost savings per user compared to monthly billing. You can increase this user count as your workforce grows.
AroFloGo: You are billed for the number of users who log in during the billing period with no minimum user requirement.
Contractor users - $12 per month
They only see the jobs that you assign to them, giving them all the important information such as site location and the task description.
Passive users - $10 per month
Passive users don’t have system access, instead someone else can log their hours for them. An example would be an apprentice who you just want to receive SMS job notifications and add labour for them.
Timesheet users - $19 per month (minimum 5 users)
These types of users only see the jobs that you assign to them, including site location and the job description. They can then log their time against the job, but don't need to access other features in AroFlo.
There is no difference. We separate Office and Field users solely based on their job role. Other than that, the monthly user charge is exactly the same.

If you're after additional integrations with third-party providers such as SMS service providers, payment gateways and GPS tracking, then there are additional expenses related to these (don't worry, they don't cost much).
