We’ve been working hard to make AroFlo more flexible and easier to use.
One hotly anticipated recent enhancement was the option to use tax inclusive pricing on quotes and invoices in AroFlo Office. This feature will soon be extended to purchase orders and credit notes.
We’ve also added a new bulk upload feature that will help you get your quotes out even faster. And you’ll find searching for items super-easy in AroFlo’s new inventory interface.

Tasks: assign multiple resources
Hot off the press! AroFlo now lets you assign multiple resources to the same job. Look for the new Add Resources button when creating new tasks in AroFlo Office or Field.
You’ll also see all of the assigned resources for each job within the ServiceTrack > Current Tasks list.
Quotes & invoices: tax inclusive pricing option
Tax inclusive pricing is now available on quotes and invoices in AroFlo Office. Simply click the ‘Tax Inc’ checkbox before you enter prices on line items.

We’ve also added tax ex. and tax inc. values to our Dynamic Data and Tables menus located within the Invoice Layout Toolbox. This allows you to show unit value (ex), GST and total (inc) in separate columns on your invoice print layouts.
Quotes: bulk import take-off sheets and line items
Need to get a bill of materials on to a quote quick-smart? Using our new Bulk Import feature, you can create your quotes faster by importing your take-off sheets and material lists from a spreadsheet.
All you need to do is click Bulk Import, drag and drop a CSV or XLS file, map the columns in your file to the quote line item fields, and hit Import.

We’ve overhauled AroFlo’s Inventory interface to make it easier to use and navigate. All of the search and filter functions you’re familiar with are still there, but are now conveniently located at the top of the list.

Event messages: set a time for schedule reminders
If you use event messages for schedule reminders, you can now set a time for the email or SMS alert to be triggered. This is handy if you want to send reminder messages to your customers at a specific time at least one day before their booking.
