Task Progress 📈
You can now view and edit the estimated progress for Tasks! Previously, this field was only available with Project tasks with a Gantt Chart. The Task Progress field can be viewed on the task worksheet in both Office and Field and also on the Task Preview in Office.

Default Labour Markups for Quotes ⬆
You can now set a Default Quote Markup for Work Types, which is applied on quote line items when using the labour break up per line item function.
This will save you having to remember and manually enter markups each time you use worktypes when adding labour to quotes.

Getting Started Assistant Updates
The revamp of our Getting Started Assistant means new-to-AroFlo users can get set up even more quickly as we've added a lot more setup steps and customisation options:
- Choose a default layout for your Invoices, Quotes, and Purchase Orders
- Add and edit Priorities and change colours
- Add and edit Substatuses and change colours and main status mappings
- Add and edit Task Types, change colour, and reorder
- Set default markups for your Quotes, Tasks, and Invoices
- Set default hourly charge rates
- Set Hours of Work
- Set extra permissions when adding new users

AI Bulk and Email Imports Improvements ✨
We've added some improvements to AI Bulk and Email Imports:
- Added an option to View Scan for successful bill imports - this is helpful if you need to view or amend the saved bill mappings for a supplier, saving you from waiting until the next bill comes through
- Added an option to block email addresses and/or domains from sending to your bill import email address - this is helpful if you want to block or restrict unwanted emails.

Project Budgets 💰
We've introduced project budgets!
Project Budgets are used to account for costs against the project that may not have been included on your quotes and tasks attached to the project.
- Allocate budgets at the Project, Stage, or Task level
- Track how much of the budget has been spent and how much is remaining
- Reallocate budgets as needed between stages and tasks.
Look for the Budget tab within your projects to use this feature. Use the BETA badge to submit any feedback you have on the feature.

Automated Deposit Invoicing 💳
We're excited to announce our Automated Deposit Invoicing feature! Using this feature, you can automatically generate an invoice to your client once a quote has been accepted.
If you're already using Online Quotes and Online Invoices with a payment gateway set up, Automated Deposit Invoicing is ideal as your clients can view the Online Invoice and pay the deposit, immediately after accepting the Quote from the Online Viewer.

Work Orders: Add from Bill Upload ✨
If you're using our AI Bill Scanner feature, you can now upload your Bill onto Work Orders via the items area.

Office: Invoice Menu on Tasks
We've made it easier to view existing invoices on Tasks. Simply click Invoices to view invoices already linked to the task. You can also create a Part Invoice from here. This is useful for our Automated Deposit Invoicing feature. See above.

Online Quote and Work Order Improvements
Similar to our recent redesign of Online Invoices, we've given Online Quotes and Work Orders the same treatment.
Online Quotes and Work Orders now use a tabbed approach at the bottom of displayed layouts.
In addition, this new design:
- works for RTF layouts
- is responsive whether you're viewing on a computer or mobile device.

Field: Projects
In AroFlo Field, we've improved the look and feel of Project worksheets, as well as the Stages tab when looking at Project Overviews from the Project List.
Key changes:
- View Project Location (if selected)
- View main status of Stages
- Substatuses are colour coded

GPS Capture on Photos 📸📌
When uploading a photo taken from your device into AroFlo, AroFlo will now record the GPS location, as well as the date the photo was taken, provided your mobile device is supported.
This information can be found on Tasks and Quotes in AroFlo Office in the Documents & Photos tab, and it can also be used in reports.

Office: Image Preview on Hover 🖼️
You can now preview an image simply by hovering over the thumbnail, making it easy to know the photo in question without needing to open it first.

Office: View Tracking Centre when adding Quoted Items to Purchase Orders
You can now view the Tracking Centre set for quoted items when adding Quoted Items to a Purchase Order.
This is useful if you only want to add items belonging to certain tracking centres.

Tracking Centres within Assemblies
Tracking Centres within assemblies are now supported on the Project Progress tab! This means that values from tracking centres within assemblies will show up under their corresponding tracking centre. Prior to this improvement, these values would display as ‘Unassigned’.

Custom Fields: Multiselect on Assets
We've added the Multiselect Custom Field type to Assets! This is useful if you need to capture multiple values for asset-related information.

Tasks: Negative Material Quantities
You can now enter negative quantities for material items when adding to a task. Previously, you had to add an item first before entering a negative value for it.
This is useful for scenarios where you no longer need an item recorded on a task. This will return the item to your inventory and mark it as ‘Task Returned’.

Report Fields and Filters
For Task reports, you can now filter on custom fields for certain custom field types (Select, Checkbox, and Radio).
This is great for narrowing down only the tasks you want to see.

Layout Fields
We have added several new (Owner) fields to Purchase Order layouts.
These are useful if your layout needs to include info on the business unit that owns the Purchase Order.
Email Fields
You can now reference the Project Customer Order Number in your emails you send from everything linked to a project.
Look for the field called Project CustON when editing your email templates to add this information.
