Feature Updates

AroPost - June 2024 Updates

Office: Custom Form Enhancements 📋

For custom forms we've added two new fields and additional functionality for conditional elements:

  • New Field: Linked Documents and Photos
Displays an inline image with the content in your form which is perfect for risk matrices or diagrams.
  • New Field: Signature
Allows your techs to add inline signatures throughout the form; perfect for declarations and where a form requires multiple approvals.
  • Field Enhanced: Conditional Visibility
When printed, visibility of conditional elements on a custom form will be considered on a standard layout so only what was selected will be shown. Elements will still be visible on an RTF layout regardless of conditional visibility.
