AI Bill Scanner: Email Imports 📨
You can now use our AI Bill Scanner to send supplier invoices to an email address to generate bill imports. This might be useful if you want to use our Supplier Invoice Imports feature but some suppliers you use are unsupported for Invoice import. This feature also allows for greater control over mapping the fields from your invoices.

AI Bill Scanner: Work Orders ✨
You can now take advantage of the AI Bill Scanner when it comes to adding items to Work Orders and creating a bill!
Look for the Upload Bill option in the Bills tab.

Custom Forms: Duplicate Cells and Rows
We've added the ability to Duplicate Cells and Rows when setting up or editing Custom Forms. This will save you a lot of time when setting up your forms and you want to copy row layouts and/or behaviour of cells.
In addition, we've given the area a bit of a revamp.
Here are the key things you need to know:
- New option to Duplicate a Cell (this will retain almost all the cell's key settings)
- New option to Duplicate a Row (retaining the settings for cells within the row)
- Field and Cell options have improved icons and are now both at the top-right of the cell
- Improved wording/icons for Cell and Row options
- Removed Yellow/Orange background colours

Layouts: Duplicate Elements
On the topic of duplicating, we've also added the ability to duplicate layout elements. This is a handy feature if you have a layout element you want to keep most of the settings for but just need to tweak a few things. This will save you from creating new elements and then having to adjust most of the settings each time.

MFA: Use 30 days for one-time code
We've made it easier to log in when using the one-time code method by adding the 'Don't ask again for 30 days' option, as well as extending the timing of the email to 5 minutes.

Office: Priority in Quotes List
In Office, you can now see the Priority for Quotes in Quote Lists. The Priority is used for how urgent it is to get the quote to your client, and is set when you create the Quote. You can also sort your quotes by priority using this column.

Office: View/Create Invoices on Quotes
You can now create part invoices on a quote and/or view existing invoices raised against the task. This will save you navigating to tasks to raise an invoice or view existing ones.

Online Invoice Improvements
Online Invoices has had a redesign and now uses a tabbed approach at the bottom of the displayed layout.
In addition, this new design:
- works for RTF layouts
- is responsive whether you're viewing on a computer or mobile device.

Field: Adding Documents to Forms 🛡️
We've made adding Documents to Forms in AroFlo Field even easier. Simply tap the Documents tab to view and upload documents.

Office: Merge Locations
Accidentally have the same location twice? For Client locations, you now have the ability to merge them!
Simply use the Merge Locations feature within the Location card you want to keep and follow the instructions.
This will merge your duplicated location's info with this one as well as things associated with that location.

Office: Create Bill Options
We've improved the look of the Create Bill options screen when creating a Bill from a Purchase or Work Order. The new look makes it more clear as to what items you want to add to your bill.

Office: Change Client on Projects
Accidentally selected the wrong client on a project? We've got you! Simply edit the project and change the client. Note that this will also edit the client on all tasks, quotes, and periodics linked to this project, but not invoices.

You can now create a Periodic Task template when browsing Periodic lists. Simply click Create Periodic at the top right of the list you're on.

Office: Completed Task View options
On the topic of Periodic tasks, we've introduced the View menu on Completed tasks. This gives a bit of consistency between open tasks and completed ones, but also means that you can easily access the periodic task history and template for completed periodic tasks.

Report Fields and Filters
For Project reports, we've added Project Manager and Project Type as both report fields and filters!
These are useful if you want to view only certain types of project and/or projects belonging to certain project managers.
For Bill reports, we've added a new field called Bill Item Cost Discrepancy. This is useful if you want to see which bill items have a discrepancy compared to the ordered item. The field is per line item so you may need to add additional fields specific to line items, e.g. item costs, item description.
You can also group or sort by this new field.
For Periodic reports, we've added the following Dynamic Frequency Fields, which are useful if you need to display any variations to the baseline frequency:
- Dynamic Frequency Frequency
- Dynamic Frequency Start Date
- Dynamic Frequency End Date.

Layout Fields
For Invoice Layouts, we've added two new fields to the Project Invoice History table:
- Invoice Date
- Invoice Due Date.
These are ideal for progress claims which show a summary of all invoices raised against the project, as you can now display dates associated with them.

Also for Project Invoice Layouts, we've introduced a new standard layout called Project Breakdown.
This layout is ideal for projects involving stage claims, retentions, and variations.
Key features of this new layout:
- Progress Breakdown by stage, including 'This Claim' columns
- Retention Summary including retention %
- Invoice Summary, which includes invoice dates and due dates
- Contract Breakdown, which includes the stage breakdown of only the contract amounts
- Variation Breakdown, which includes the stage breakdown of only the variation amounts.
