AroFlo Updates | Christmas and New Years Support

As 2018 draws to a close, we’ve started to reflect on the year that’s been and the development and growth of AroFlo. Our software enhancements will continue to roll throughout 2019 with a focus on further streamlining your work processes to save you even more time.

AroFlo Office Redesign: Credit Notes, Documents & Photos

AroFlo’s Office redesign has continued this month, where we saw Credit Notes and Documents & Photos receive a makeover. You’ll notice we replaced the Status radio buttons with a drop-down menu within Credit Notes, aligning this area with the other areas of AroFlo. Documents & Photos received a fresh coat of paint, although the functionality remains the same.

Office: Quote status and deadline on calendar view

Do you regularly view your AroFlo calendar for a quick snapshot of your week or month ahead?

AroFlo lets you to display ‘Quote Status’ and ‘Quote Substatus’ on your calendar for a quick reference to the status of your quotes. The task due date can also be inserted into your tasks on the calendar, so you never miss a deadline again.

Office: Report fields and filters

AroFlo offers a number of useful fields and filters when running essential business reports.

We’ve added a few more to the list, allowing you to drill down deeper to extract the vital information you require. We’ve added additional fields and filters to Assets, Certification, Invoice, Periodic, Project, Quote and Task reports.

Payment: Storage facility upgrade

As part of AroFlo’s ongoing development and security strategy, we are moving to a more secure system to store all client credit card details.

Our accounts team are in the process of transitioning AroFlo clients who make monthly payment via their credit card. Please note, this transition does not affect all AroFlo clients. If the upgrade affects you, the below banner will appear in your AroFlo site. Please click ‘Add Payment Details’ and update your details as a priority.

AroFlo: Christmas and New Year’s support

Christmas breakup:

AroFlo will be having a Christmas breakup lunch on Thursday the 20th of December at 12:00PM AEDT. We will not be taking support or training calls from 12:00PM and 5:00PM AEDT except for emergency technical issues.
While many of our clients will take a much needed break this year, a select team at AroFlo will be here to support our clients throughout the Christmas and New Year’s period.

Technical Support:

Our Technical Support will be available over the holiday period during normal business hours. The emergency line will be available after-hours, on the weekends and over the public holidays for emergency technical issues.


Customer Training will not be available between Thursday the 20th of December and Friday the 4th of January 2019.

Our Technical Support and Customer Training staff will be back to normal and full support available from Monday the 7th of January, 2019.
