Melbourne, VIC, 24 April, 2015 – Cloud computing technology company i-man Pty Ltd has added some new features to IMS:
Client: Do Not Trade warnings
Recent changes to the IMS Client page now allow multiple trading terms to utilise the “Do Not Trade” selection. Any client set to a transaction term with an assigned “Do Not Trade” type will display a red banner warning at the top of the page.
Reports: Dynamic Dates
Dynamic date ranges are now available in the report filter. You can choose to run a report for a user defined “Fixed Date” or select one of the calculated date range options.
Date ranges and calculated dates are displayed at the top of the report to clearly show the date filters used to create the report.
Quotes: Sub statuses
Sub statuses are now available on Quotes and will function in the same way as task sub statuses. This will allow you to have a much clearer picture of the current status of your quoted jobs.

ServiceTrack: Task and Quotes sub status colours
In WebIMS, for ServiceTrack Current and Completed Tasks, and Quotes lists, the sub status now displays selected colours.
Meet the team
We recently welcomed Josh Leszko to our legendary customer support team. He’s currently undergoing extensive training in all things IMS but soon he’ll be our newest voice on the end of the line so make sure you say hi next time you call.
Short and sweet
- Our IMS Calendar has been updated so that you can select and retain dates across more than two visible months.
- On the Project Progress Tab the estimate column will now show all quotes within that stage.
- We have increased the decimal places for hourly rates in quotes to 4 decimal points.
