Office: Xero Timesheet Integration
You’ll be delighted to see we recently introduced Xero timesheet integration, so you can easily push verified timesheets from AroFlo through to Xero. It will also assist with:
- Simplifying your work processes by reducing manual entry during pay runs
- Sending overhead hours, such as personal leave, annual leave and RDOs)
- Sending productive hours for those paid by the hour, such as contractors and casual staff
Office: Calendar Makeover
You will have noticed our new Office Calendar. This exciting makeover comes packed with a range of new features to make your scheduling even more flexible.

Office: Asset Types
AroFlo now offers additional options for managing your assets. Simply create your asset categories, set up your own unique fields, and use our new Asset Types feature to specify which assets need which unique fields. Collect only the info you need on each asset.
Field: Schedule Timeline View
We recently introduced a date range option to the Schedule Timeline view. This offers even more flexibility, allowing you to select the number of days you’d like your information to be displayed (1, 3, 7 or 14 days). This is a handy addition, allowing you to view your schedule at a glance.
Field: Quote Worksheet and List
AroFlo’s Quote worksheet located in the Field interface received a much needed makeover, making it even easier to view and change the status of a quote.
The quotes list filter also received an update and now features a handy sub-filter for Acceptance Statuses, when searching for quotes in the Approved status.
Introducing the AroFlo Forum
We are excited to bring to you a brand new central location, a hub to host our latest announcements, new feature updates, and our blog articles. Most importantly, the forum will become a knowledge-sharing platform, a place to discuss and share your ideas on your specific industry or a particular aspect of your business with the wider AroFlo community.
The forum will feature separate categories for different areas of discussion, to use as a go-to reference for tips, guides, suggestions, and resolutions to common issues.
Our aim is to empower our AroFlo community, to help improve customer interaction and to provide valuable insights for all clients.

What’s in the pipeline?
We have loads of exciting projects in the pipeline, but we’re going to put the brakes on for a while. We want to allow people (clients and staff) to adapt to the changed circumstances we’re in. For now, we’ll prioritise smaller enhancements that will make life easier for you, and of course, we’ll always fix issues asap. Our Developers are being extra diligent to keep AroFlo stable and fast, so you can focus on what’s important to your business at this time.
