Inventory: preferred suppliers and pricing
This highly anticipated feature will change the way you manage your inventory. Instead of creating categories for suppliers, you can now list your preferred suppliers and their pricing against inventory items.
We’ve also added the flexibility to use:
- internal part numbers and short descriptions that are easily identified by staff, and
- supplier specific part numbers and detailed descriptions when ordering items.
Purchase orders: save time with templates
You can now save any purchase order as a template and use it to generate regular orders for a job, or for replenishing stock. You can even generate multiple orders for different suppliers from a single template.
The beauty of setting preferred suppliers on inventory items is that it enables users to quickly find the right items for the right supplier when creating orders. Now anyone can be a purchasing guru!
Field: improved timesheets and expenses
Our makeover of AroFlo Field continues with fresh user interfaces for daily, weekly and GPS timesheets, and expenses. We’ve added new features and improved existing features to create a smoother workflow for Field users.
Compliance: complete forms prior to start
It’s never been easier to give your field staff quick access to compliance forms on the job. Simply link the form templates to the task type in Site Admin, and they will be readily available for users to create and complete via the Forms > Spec Forms section of the task in AroFlo Field.
We’ve also added an option to force Base and Manager users to complete any required pre-start forms, such as SWMS or JSAs, prior to starting a task. The task is locked until all of the required forms are completed and marked as ‘Closed’.
Supplier Connect: MMEM Group orders

MMEM recently boosted their website’s performance so you can now shop faster from AroFlo’s integrated supplier catalogue and order directly from your MMEM branch, all without ever having to leave AroFlo.
