Pre-Built Custom Forms are a quick and efficient alternative to creating forms for compliance, safety, RFIs or variation requests from scratch.

Rather than spending time building your forms from the ground up, you can now use a range of templates to create professional documents in no time at all.

Periodic Tasks: Updating Periodic Checklists

You may have noticed that we’ve added more functionality when it comes to updating periodic checklists from checklist templates. When making changes to checklists, you’ll now get to make a choice as to what you want to happen with existing periodic checklists.

Included in this update is a change to the appearance of checklists within periodic task templates.

Quotes: Changes to Quote items in Field

Improvements to the quote items area of AroFlo Field are now live.

These updates make it easy to:

• access your Task-specific lists, SoR lists, and Assemblies.
• include an option to select SoR items.
• include an option to review items before adding them to your quote.

Xero: Authentication Changes

Sites with a Xero Integration

On March 25, 2021, Xero updated their company file authentication to a new version (oAuth v1 to oAuth v2). Sites with a Xero integration will need to re-authorise their company file on this date. The Xero integration menu will display 401 Unauthorized notifications when the switchover occurs.
