New Year, New Updates

Melbourne, VIC, 29 January, 2015 – Cloud computing technology company i-man Pty Ltd has added some new features to IMS:

The Devs have been busy over the break period

Finalising Invoices

When finalising an invoice in WebIMS you now have two options:

Finalise (deafult) OR
Finalise & Close

The default Finalise button will return you to the Completed Task list and Finalise & Close will leave you in the current invoice worksheet so you can continue to work on that invoice.

Remember Me MyIMS

We’ve updated the mobile login page for MyIMS to give you the option of “Remember Me”. When ticked, IMS will remember the users login details and have them prefilled when viewing the login page.

Users then have the option of clicking the Login button, or clicking the “Not you? Change User” button to enter new login details.

Short and Sweet

We mentioned that the Devs have been busy, here’s a bunch of updates that don’t require a large write up, but you might want to know about.

IMSAPI – jobnumber is now available in the Get Tasks Zone for searching for jobs
Added a new filter for Exp Used Date to the task report
Added

[Payment Status] & [Payment Link Processed Date] for Invoice reportsINC GST on Layout Quote Lines. Added a new field to quote layouts called ‘[Total Inc (lab labmu matmu qm)]’ for each line item that show the total tax for each line item including every markup and labour if set. Also fixed the [Tax] field so that it also shows the real total tax including all markups and all labour included in the line

Ad-hoc items added to invoices (of all types) will have the correct mapped tax code for the default account code. When changing the Type (lab,mat,exp) the account code and tax code will adjust according to your mappings

Total Hours added to invoice layout.

Added page total to the ‘Owing’ column in webIMS’s Invoce Lists pages

Updated PO Order page so that item names fill the cell and the textarea auto grows. Also added auto gro and character count to the Note field

Documents can now be uploaded to Purchase Orders in myIMS

Improved handling of invalid HTML when generating PDFs
