Office and Field: AroPoint GPS Tracking Launch
Our latest innovation, AroPoint GPS Tracking, has now officially launched. AroPoint GPS offers a greater range of features to enhance visibility and reporting of all your GPS devices in AroFlo.
What are the main benefits of AroPoint?
- Create different levels of visibility per user
- Link multiple assets to one tracking device
- View the extensive tracking history and run detailed reports
- Create geofences and set up alerts so you know when assets enter or leave certain geozones
- Add points of interest to the map, e.g. supplier locations and work sites
- Retain tracking history when you move a user from one asset to another
Office: Permission Group Search
You may have noticed the recent improvements to the way permission groups are displayed. The main change is that the list now contains a search filter, which will remain active even when viewing another permission group.
Another handy addition is that the list is now sorted alphabetically, to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
Finally, the header will remain at the top, even when you are scrolling down the list.
Office: External Access Support Requests
As you may know, when you contact AroFlo for certain support request types, such as System Issues or Data Import Requests, we require permission to access your AroFlo site. We have now added an ‘Enable External Access’ tick box to the support request form, and the box is ticked by default.
This saves time if AroFlo support staff need to access your AroFlo site to assist with your support request. We will only access your site in accordance with our:
- terms of service
- privacy policy.
If you untick the box, we will contact you to request access, if required, which may extend the resolution time.
Office: Client Default Discounts
We recently introduced default discount percentages for labour, materials, and expenses that can be applied to specific clients.
This is useful if you want to apply discounts for certain aspects, as opposed to setting an overall client-specific markup.
Office: Delete Inventory Categories with Sub-Categories
AroFlo now lets you go one step further and delete inventory categories that have sub-categories, making it faster and easier to keep your inventory lists under control.
Note: As inventory category deletions are permanent, AroFlo will ask you to confirm that you definitely want to proceed with a deletion. If you click Yes, all the sub-categories and any items within them will be permanently deleted.
Office: Named Tabs to Keep You Organised
AroFlo has made it easier for those who use multiple tabs in AroFlo – each tab now displays the name of the relevant area in AroFlo. This is a handy little addition to AroFlo, allowing you to keep multiple tabs open at the same time.
AroFlo: Christmas and New Year’s Support
Christmas breakup:
AroFlo will be having a Christmas breakup lunch on Friday the 20th of December at 12:00PM AEDT. We will not be taking support or training calls from 12:00PM to 5:00PM AEDT except for calls about emergency technical issues.
While many of our clients will take a much needed Summer break this year, a select team at AroFlo will be here to support those of our clients who are working throughout the Christmas and New Year’ period.
Technical Support:
Our Technical Support will be available over the holiday period during normal business hours. The emergency line will be available after-hours, on the weekends and over the public holidays for emergency technical issues.
Training:
Customer Training will not be available between Friday the 20th of December and Friday the 3rd of January 2020.
Our Technical Support and Customer Training staff will be back to normal hours and full support will be available from Monday the 6th of January, 2020.
