No. However, both AroFlo and simPRO were both purchased by a US Investment Company (K1 Investment Management) in 2021. This makes AroFlo part of one of the largest software companies in the world (benefiting from increased investment in engineering, services and customer experience), however we still operate completely independently of simPRO.
First things first, we'll tackle your start-up (doing your data imports, connecting your accounting package, etc.).
We'll then kickoff a training program where we will show you how to use AroFlo.
Once you're trained up, it's over to you. But don't worry, you'll get unlimited free support for life.
It's up to you. Customers typically either have a "go-live" date that they'd like to hit, or they'd prefer to adopt the the platform gradually over time.
Your AroFlo trainer will prepare a custom program based on your objectives. There will be a combination of showing you how to do things and helping you learn to do things yourself. As the saying goes "give a man fish you feed him for a day, teach him to fish you feed him for a lifetime".

No we don't. Because things can change. We understand that running business requires flexibility. So, your user costs can go up or down, depending on your usage and how busy you are.
Due to its cloud-based systems, AroFlo requires a steady online connection to be used at its full capacity.
This doesn’t mean, however, that it can’t be used effectively without a connection. AroFlo’s Field feature offers offline functionality that allows you to create tasks, record labour and materials, and update expense information while not connected to the internet.
As with all cloud-enabled systems though, it’s important to connect your applicable devices to a solid internet connection wherever possible. This ensures that they can sync with any changes to your overall AroFlo system, letting you enjoy all the great tools our job management software offers.
