Integration: Reckon Accounts Hosted has arrived
Field: create new locations for clients
The addition of a new ‘Create’ button in client locations had Field users high-fiving around the country. Using the power of GPS, a new client location can now be entered with the tap of a button while standing at the site.
Map: greater visibility of your field techs
See the location of your field technicians at a glance with AroFlo’s tracking map in the main menu. Locating your crew in the field makes it easy to schedule jobs to the next available technician.
Task progress: compare quote, costs and invoices
For a quick snapshot of how your job is tracking, click the Progress button on the Task Worksheet to see an overview of the quote, costs and invoices for the job.
Layouts: new invoice history tables
Looking for an easy way to show your customers what they’ve paid and what’s outstanding?
You can now create a statement for a job simply by adding a new table called Task Invoice History to an invoice layout. And our new range of project tables allow you to show previous claims, balance to claim and invoice history.
