It’s been a big month here at AroFlo. We’ve done some work on our Bulk Import Tool, to make it easier to update the pricing on your existing inventory items. Our hotly anticipated supplier catalogue integration with Reece, Metalflex and Actrol went live, providing direct access to your favourite products, with accurate, up-to-date pricing.
You can also add BPAY and GET PAID FASTER QR codes to your RTF layouts, offering your clients more flexibility when it comes to payment.

Office and Field: New Supplier Catalogue Integration
AroFlo is making it easier for you to access the most up-to-date pricing from three of your favourite suppliers.
You can now access Reece, Metalflex and Actrol’s online product catalogues and price lists from within AroFlo. Simply browse and select the items you need and import them directly into a quote, purchase order or invoice.
Other supplier catalogues
Don’t use Reece, Metalflex or Actrol? No problem. We have supplier catalogue integrations with MMEM Group, Rexel Holdings and Tradezone.
Quotes: Acceptance Status – Additional Options
AroFlo now offers the convenience of being able to view, filter and sort your approved Quotes by their Acceptance Status in your ServiceTrack screen. This feature is particularly handy if you want to view the status of your quotes, without having to open each one. In addition, when scheduling for a quote using the calendar view, you can now filter by Quote Acceptance Status.
Office: Print Layouts
Great news: You can now set a default print layout on area types in AroFlo. This can be handy when you want your project invoices to look different from your sales invoices, for example.

Office: Updating Inventory using the Bulk Import Tool
Updating inventory has never been so easy! You can now update the pricing of your inventory items through the Bulk Imports function when your supplier sends you new pricelists.
AroFlo will update your items with the new pricing, and as long as the category, part number and item description are an exact match with your current items, it will not create any duplicates.

Office: Including Barcodes within RTF Layouts
AroFlo now lets you add barcodes, including BPAY details and the GetPaidFaster QR code, to your RTF document templates, offering your clients even more flexibility when it comes to payment.

Office and Field: GPS Tracking Changes Coming Soon
We are pleased to announce the release date for the GPS improvements we’ve been working on: Wednesday evening, 5 June 2019. The work will be completed after hours (AEST), to ensure a smooth transition.
