Reports: permissions and restrictions

Using our new permission groups, you can customise AroFlo’s reports menu to only display reports that are relevant to each role within your business. You can even restrict certain users from creating, editing or deleting custom reports.
Another great feature of permission groups is the ability to lock down confidential reports. Once you’ve assigned all of your users to permission groups, you’ll be able to apply access restrictions when you save your reports.

Layouts: fresh new designs coming next week

Just a reminder that we’ll soon be updating our standard layout designs for quotes, invoices and purchase orders.

Please note: the new standard layouts will replace our current standard layouts. If you wish to keep the original designs, you can save them as a ‘custom’ layout. Head over to our Layouts help pages for instructions.

If you use custom layouts, they will not be affected by these changes.
